The Carol Tree seemed much more impressive than it actually was. All it took was running the signal through a silicon-controlled rectifier and voila! multi-colored, flashing lights.

Well however it was done, first couple of times I saw it, I was mesmerized.

Lots of "making out" parked watching the lights and listening to the tunes on KISN. In Dad's 58 Impala and later in my own 55 Chev. Ages 16 to 21 were so much fun!
