Is that the Steel Bridge in the background??

Bill this is with out question NW Portland. The city took aerial photos of the flooded areas and NW 10 & Irving is flooded. This photo appears to be looking east on NW Irving with the east side tower of the Steel bridge showing. The only east side areas that flooded were in the areas south of the Steel bridge to around the Hawthorne bridge.
