And the Trump Humpers are whining about today's average rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage of 6.36%, down a point in the last three months. They desperately want the economy to go into a recession and ignore record-low unemployment and record-high wages.
Is it any wonder that Trump Humpers are amongst the most hated people ever?
We had our first mortgage in 1988 and bought a point to lower the interest a little because back then you could sell your loan along with the house and I was thinking that interest rates were going to go up. Instead they went down and we refinanced a few times.
