I don't know if the place is built and open yet, but this is a 83 story building named Safa Two by Damac properties, who also built Safa One next door. The area in the center is a Infinity swimming pool. Near the top it looks like the will have a tram between Safa One & Safa Two.

It was revealed today that Manhattan is sinking at the rate of the width of a nickel every year. Doesn't seem like much, but it adds up. The reason given is all those tall buildings aren't built on a solid base. In about 80 years, Manhattan will be underwater just like southern Floriduh.
That makes you wonder about all these tall buildings that are going up on the sands of Dubai. How much do you think the desert is sinking?
