At one time this was the address you desired downtown. The black & white photo is when The Oregon Journal was the tenant with The Portland Hotel next door. The color pic is when Meier & Frank had the parking lot. …. Today it’s Pioneer Courthouse Square and the building just went back to lenders. A sad commentary.
