WAS THIS A HUGE ERROR?

This was the dig out for the Ritz Hotel in Portland Town. Will this $800 million dollar project last? Someone today mentioned there’s no glitz to the place. Out front you see no door people, entrances are mainly from the dark garage with elevators to residences and separate for the hotel. They should have copied the grand entry at The Fairmont in San Francisco. Very few residences have sold, dining is sky high in price & was it really worth it all dumping the best food carts in the city? If this goes south, they will wished this hole got filled.
