What was the cause of the roasted grain smell that often permeated SW Columbia around SW third and fourth? I was never able to locate the source.

It was Boyd Coffee Company roasting, Allen.

Took several tours and I remember that odor coming from the fermentation vats. Could be wrong. Probably am.
