When hops were a more meaningful cash crop in Oregon, getting caught behind a truck hauling hops was an easy thing to do. The hops smelled so bad it was all you could do to keep your lunch down, and to think people willingly drink the stuff.

Re: Aroma.... to each his own; some like the smell of napalm in the morning, some like the smell of hops heading to the brewmaster.
